Excellent work. They look like the creepy, sneaky, cunning, cold killers that they are.

Great! This bloody fella looks much more threatening now than previous editions, that's for sure. I've expected a little more 'slime', but I'm pleased he is no longer red. Always felt strange a red demon assassin =P

Huge thanks, I really was trying to get the sneak, nasty feel into this guy. I really pulled back on the red slime to make him more muted and shadowy, I figure he can turn the slime on when situation requires it.

Wow, insane. Great work, as always. That shoulder on the left creeps me out. You know it shouldn't twist that way... But given the was he's posed, and his general physique, I buy it. :highfive:

Fun to see new D&D monster art - even though I won't actually get to see it in the book.
This must be a new monster too.
Awesome work!

I'm curious...how long did each of these (approximately) take to illustrate?
(To keep on topic with the art~ ) This is wicked weird and freaky, but I like how you illustrated it. :3 The sense of depth and characterization is what I love most about it.

Big thanks due, this probably took about 6-8 hours including rough. Full scenic pieces take longer, and some just take longer anyways. I try to get one and a bit character pieces like this done a day, always pushing at getting one and a half done a day if possible but that is rarely the case.
