Here is a montage of some gnolls I did for Paizo recently, this motley crew can be found ravaging adventurers in a Pathfinder game near you.

All sorts of gnoll-y goodness.  They have always been my favourite d&d humanoid race... even modded Baldur's gate so I can play as a gnoll Bhaalspawn. :)

Love Gnolls, I always ran them a CN race more than evil in my settings , more interesting and flexible that way.

Agreed! I'd imagine those living in the wild without meeting/enslaving humans would tend to be less evil.

This almost perfectly represents my all gnoll Dogs of War adventuring company...except for some reason there was also a minotaur... some people can't follow instructions, lol. The gnoll barbarians were Clifford and Marmaduke; cleric was Lassie, wizard was Dogbert, Warlock was Brian, Astro was the ranger ( I think). Just thought that might give you a giggle, lol.

That's funny! Back in 2E AD&D, gnolls and minotaurs were ancient enemies... for some odd reason. Not that the two races would meet often, mind you.

I don't know why, but I love gnolls...maybe because I'm punk...and Heyna are my favorite animals, by the way my favourite is the one whit an axe !

Because I LOVE axe too !

Ah and great drawing ;)

I agree, I love these guys. I tend to use them as less evil and more chaotic, less of the classic evil humanoid races. More interesting that way.

These are pretty rad. I love the variance in outfit, stature and apparent class between them.

I'm a gnoll fanboy ;u;

Hmmm. You do commissions at all? My "furry" character is a 'yena... would be nice to see him in another's style.

I do sometimes do private commissions, but the biggest part of my time is doing commercial work.

Ben! Got the Codex yesterday, and want to give you massive props, especially on the Bouda. That is figure fit to inspire fear even in cannibals that worship the Mother of Madness.

Great work! I love a well-drawn gnoll, and you gave us eight of them.

And I have the book they were used in, the Monster Codex, and the art looks just as lovely there on the printed page.

Great work. Persistent look carried throughout. Proportions and posture convey believable realism. Any chance when you talk to Paizo you can ask if you're able to post the "gnoll types/classes" of each one?
(let the educated guesses begin)
