This is beautiful! What if you made the painting landscape proportions instead? It looks so much like a movie shot, I think movie ratio will make the creature in the back more ominous and terrifying! Poster ratio doesn't do much for the scene. I feel isolated from space. Or maybe it's the perspective. Like, what if you did the shot from a lower angle, so we're relating more to the warrior, instead of us floating high off the ground between trees?
Is the panther reluctant to move on because he senses the beast or does it only seem so?
Anyways, awesome
