For me, making something in this kind of genre takes nearly a day of EDIT UNDO-ing and switching brushes and hoping I made each color right and produced each correct highlight and making each spot dark enough.
And then it still comes out looking like some kindergartener made it.
And yours... it's like... looking STRAIGHT INTO a photograph...
