Agagin thanks, I try to get place I paint to feel alive, somewhere you could visit. I think it's all down to the doves :)

Thanks for replying. You rarely see a high-profile artist respond to his viewers, so it's been an honour.

You show a great city I'd love to explore, you show interesting characters I'd like to meet and you show it all from an angle that makes me feel like I'm there. You are one kickass fantasy artist man.

Amazing perspective and textures. The lighting is as great as ever and the placement of characters was very well thought out. I find that art of any kind is like a puzzle in which you have to place the pieces down right or else something looks off. You did a fabulous job of putting this all together. Great job. :)

Awesome looking architecture and sense of perspective here. The white birds add a real sense of lively charm to it too, and the focal point for me is the guard in the back.

Same, he seems to focus the piece, wierd as he was a real after thought

It's fun how that happens. I've had that case happen numerous times when I'm drawing-- by the time I'm finished there will be a small detail I didn't even anticipate to use. A bit like drawing as you feel.

I love that aspect of painting scenes and only having the loose skeleton of the piece planned out and finding these little things as you explore the piece.
